Monarch Hunt Club Membership Terms

Effective: November 1, 2026

These terms apply to memberships in the Monarch Hunt Club and Monarch Hunt Club for Kids, offered by Monarch Hunting Products LLC, 1109 US-67 S, Alvarado, Texas 76009 ("Monarch," "we," "us"). By joining, you agree to these terms.

1. Plans and pricing

• Monarch Hunt Club: $14.99 per month.
• Monarch Hunt Club for Kids: $14.99 per month, per child.
• Family Bundle (Monarch Hunt Club + Kids): $24.99 per month for one Monarch Hunt Club membership and one Kids membership.

Prices are in U.S. dollars, plus any applicable sales tax. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect.

2. Automatic monthly billing

Your membership renews automatically every month on the date you joined, and you authorize us to charge your payment method each month until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may retry it. If the payment can't be collected, your membership benefits will be paused or ended.

3. Canceling

You can cancel anytime from your member account or by emailing info@deerfeeder.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and you keep your benefits until then. You will not be charged again after canceling.

4. Refunds

Membership fees are not refundable, including for partial months, except where required by law or in the case of a billing error on our part.

5. What's included

• Entry into that month's photo challenge for your club, under the Official Monthly Challenge Rules
• Member voting and access to members-only pages and content
• Kids memberships: a digital activity book each month, plus monthly badges
• A monthly club mailing to members with a U.S. shipping address, when offered

We may add, change, or remove benefits. If we remove a major benefit, we'll let members know by email.

6. Member discount

After three successful monthly payments on an active membership (Monarch Hunt Club, Monarch Hunt Club for Kids, or Family Bundle), you unlock 5% off eligible Monarch products.

• At deerfeeder.com, the discount applies automatically when you check out signed in with the email on your membership.
• For Monarch Armory, members receive a member code for the same 5%.
• The discount does not apply to membership fees, gift cards, shipping, or taxes, and may not combine with other product discounts.
• The discount ends when your membership ends. If you cancel and rejoin later, the three-month count starts over.

7. Who can join

Monarch Hunt Club memberships are for adults 18 and older. Kids memberships must be purchased and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the account and for anything submitted from it. See our Kids Privacy Policy.

8. Member conduct

Be respectful. We may remove content, disqualify entries, or cancel a membership for harassment, cheating or vote manipulation, submitting someone else's photos, illegal or unethical hunting, or other violations of these terms or the challenge rules.

9. Contests and giveaways

Monthly photo challenges are judged contests governed by the Official Monthly Challenge Rules. Grand prizes are governed by the Grand Prize Official Rules and are free for anyone to enter. Your membership fee pays for membership benefits and does not buy a chance to win a random drawing.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll email members at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing your membership after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
