Monarch Grand Prize Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR MEMBERSHIP NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR MEMBERSHIP DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Effective: November 1, 2026

The Monarch Grand Prize is a sweepstakes sponsored by Monarch Hunting Products LLC, 1109 US-67 S, Alvarado, Texas 76009 ("Sponsor"). Void where prohibited.

1. Promotion periods

• Period 1: January 1 through June 30, with the drawing on or about July 10.
• Period 2: July 1 through December 31, with the drawing on or about January 10. The first period begins November 1, 2026 and ends December 31, 2026.

Each period's grand prize is announced on the Monarch Hunt Club pages before or at the start of that period. There is a separate grand prize for Monarch Hunt Club and for Monarch Hunt Club for Kids.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents 18 or older. For the Kids grand prize, a parent or legal guardian enters on behalf of their child and accepts the prize. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible. If the total retail value of a period's prizes is more than $5,000, residents of New York and Florida are not eligible for that period.

3. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both give exactly one entry, and every entry has the same chance of winning.

A. Automatic entry

Anyone with an active membership on the last day of the period is automatically entered once in that club's grand prize. Family Bundle members are entered once in each club.

B. Free mail-in entry

Mail one postcard that meets every requirement below:

1. Size: a standard U.S. postcard, 4 inches by 6 inches. No envelopes, letters, or other sizes.
2. Front (address side), hand-printed:
   • Your full name and mailing address in the upper left corner
   • Addressed exactly to: Monarch Grand Prize Free Entry, Monarch Hunting Products LLC, 1109 US-67 S, Alvarado, TX 76009
   • Write "GRAND PRIZE FREE ENTRY" in capital letters below the mailing address
   • Proper first-class postage
3. Back (message side), hand-printed:
   • Your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth
   • Which grand prize you are entering: "Monarch Hunt Club" or "Monarch Hunt Club for Kids." For the Kids grand prize, also print the child's first name and last initial
   • This exact statement: "I would like to enter the Monarch Grand Prize. I am 18 or older and I agree to the Official Rules."
   • Your signature
4. Timing: postmarked during the promotion period and received by Sponsor no later than 7 days after the period ends.
5. Limit: one postcard per person, per club, per period. A person with an active membership who also mails a postcard still has one entry.

Any postcard that does not meet every requirement above is void and will not be entered. This includes postcards that are the wrong size, mailed in an envelope, typed or printed by machine, illegible, incomplete, missing the required statement or signature, postmarked outside the period, received late, or sent as part of a mass or bulk mailing. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or postage-due mail. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt.

4. Drawing and odds

The winner is chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries for that club and period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

5. Prize

The prize and its approximate retail value are listed on the Monarch Hunt Club pages for each period. The prize can't be transferred or exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

• The winner is responsible for all taxes and must provide a completed IRS Form W-9. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued at $600 or more.
• The winner may be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release.
• Firearm prizes are transferred only through a licensed FFL dealer to a winner who is legally eligible to own the firearm in their state and passes a background check. If the winner isn't eligible, an alternate prize of similar value or an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Winner notification

The winner is notified by email and must respond within 7 days. Otherwise, an alternate winner may be drawn.

7. General conditions

Sponsor isn't responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries or technical problems, and may cancel or modify the promotion if fraud or circumstances beyond its control affect its fairness. Entrants release Sponsor from liability related to the promotion and prize, to the extent allowed by law. These rules are governed by Texas law.

8. Winner's name

For the winner's name, email info@deerfeeder.com within 60 days after the drawing.
