Returns — Standard Items

You have 15 calendar days to return eligible items from the date you received them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

No Returns — Large Items

Due to the size, weight, and freight cost associated with the following products, all sales are final and no returns are accepted:

500 lb. Deer Feeder "The Stubby"
600 lb. Premier Deer Feeder
600 lb. Automatic Deer Feeder
4x4 Quadpod Hunting Blind Box
4x6 Quadpod Tower Deer Blind

A $250 restocking fee applies to the Monarch 360 Elevated Hunting Blind in the event of an approved exception. Please contact us before initiating any request.

Refunds — Eligible Items Only

Once we receive your eligible returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any return. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
