Monarch Hunt Club for Kids Privacy Policy

Monarch Hunt Club for Kids is run by Monarch Hunting Products LLC ("Monarch," "we"). This policy explains how we handle information about children in the club.
Parents run every account
Kids Club accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and children do not create their own accounts.
What we collect
- From the parent: name, email, mailing address, and payment information, which is processed by our payment providers and not stored by us.
- About the child, provided by the parent: first name and last initial, and an optional age range.
- Photo challenge entries, submitted by the parent: the photo and a short caption.
We do not ask for a child's full name, birth date, school, address, or phone number.
How we use it
- To run the membership, send the monthly activity book and mailings, and run the photo challenge
- To contact the parent about the account, entries, and prizes
What we show publicly
- Kids are shown by first name and last initial only.
- Every photo is reviewed before it's posted. We do not post location details, and we remove photos showing house numbers, street signs, school names, or similar information.
- A child's entry appears in our recap videos or social media only if the parent has given permission.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run the club, such as our store, membership, and form platforms, and only so they can provide those services. We never sell information about children or parents.
Parents' choices
Parents can review their child's information, change sharing permissions, ask us to delete their child's information or entries, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@deerfeeder.com. Withdrawing consent may mean the child can no longer take part in the photo challenge.
How long we keep it
We keep a child's information while the membership is active, and delete it within a reasonable time after the membership ends, unless the parent asks us to keep Wall of Fame entries.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll email parents before they take effect.
