Monarch Hunt Club Launch Giveaway Official Rules

The Monarch Hunt Club Launch Giveaway is a sweepstakes sponsored by Monarch Hunting Products LLC, 1109 US-67 S, Alvarado, Texas 76009 ("Sponsor"). Void where prohibited.

1. Promotion period

12:00 a.m. CT on November 1, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. CT on November 30, 2026. The drawing will be held on or about December 6, 2026.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older. Entries for the Monarch Hunt Club for Kids club are made by a parent or legal guardian, and any prize is awarded to that parent or guardian. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible.

3. How to enter

This is one drawing that combines both clubs. Each person can earn up to one entry per club, for a maximum of two entries, however received. Every entry has the same chance of winning.

A. Automatic entry

• Anyone with an active Monarch Hunt Club membership on November 30, 2026 receives one Monarch Hunt Club entry.
• Anyone with an active Monarch Hunt Club for Kids membership on November 30, 2026 receives one Kids entry, regardless of how many Kids memberships they hold.
• Family Bundle members receive one entry for each club, for two entries.

B. Free mail-in entry

Mail one postcard per club following every instruction on the Free Entry page, with "LAUNCH GIVEAWAY" written on the front. Postcards must be postmarked between November 1 and November 30, 2026 and received by December 7, 2026. Postcards that do not follow every instruction are void. A person who is also a member does not receive additional entries beyond the limit of one per club.

4. Prize

One (1) prize: a Monarch 360 6x6 Elevated Hunting Blind (approximate retail value $3,350), plus free delivery within the 48 contiguous United States (approximate value $350). Total approximate retail value: $3,700.

• Delivery or pickup: the winner may choose free freight delivery to their address, or pick up the blind at Sponsor's shop in Alvarado, Texas, where Sponsor will assemble it for the winner. Delivered blinds ship by freight, and installation at the winner's property is the winner's responsibility.
• Social media content: if the winner chooses pickup and agrees, Sponsor may film the build and pickup for Monarch's social media. Taking part in any content is optional and is not required to receive the prize.
• The prize can't be transferred or exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• The winner is responsible for all taxes, must provide a completed IRS Form W-9, and will receive an IRS Form 1099. The winner may be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release.

5. Drawing and odds

The winner is chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner notification

The winner is notified by email and must respond within 7 days. Otherwise, an alternate winner may be drawn.

7. General conditions

Sponsor isn't responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries or technical problems, and may cancel or modify the promotion if fraud or circumstances beyond its control affect its fairness. Entrants release Sponsor from liability related to the promotion and prize, to the extent allowed by law. These rules are governed by Texas law. This giveaway is separate from the monthly photo challenges and the six-month Grand Prize.

8. Winner's name
